2011 Groundrent

2011 Groundrent announcement.

We have reviewed the site fees for the coming season, taking into account the new 20% VAT, an unexpected increase in water charges of around 10% and the continued impact of higher business rates. These alone account  for at least £75 and in addition to this are the increases to our overall running costs. Regrettably therefore we must apply an increase of £125.00 to set a final site fee as £2175.00 or £2240.00 for the higher level.

Greenacre is £1750.00 and £2220.00 for Greenacre West.
