Ground rent charges!

Thornwick & Sea Farm Holiday Centre:

Up to 32ft in length the ground rent is £2,275.00 and is inclusive of all rates, water and VAT. Gas and electric is payable on a pay as you go basis by purchasing gas bottles and prepay electric cards! C Block owners pay a gas bill at the end of the season instead of bottles.

Any holiday home larger than 32ft was £2,340.00 (including C Block new development)

Greenacre Caravan Park - Lighthouse Rd:

Is £1,850.00 inclusive of all rates, water and VAT. Gas and electric is payable on a pay as you go basis by purchasing gas bottles and prepay electric cards!

Greenacre West - Lighthouse Rd - 1st March to the 6th January

 Is £2,320.00 inclusive of rates, water and VAT. Gas and electric is billed twice a season.

Gas bottles were  £TBA for a 19kg bottle which we deliver and connect twice a day 10am and 3pm everday.

Should you have central heating we sell 47KG Bottles which were £TBA delivered and connected.(2010 PRICES)

Certain areas of the park such as C Block Developement and Greenacre West have use of an underground bulk tank system. In these areas you will be billed twice a season - It currently works out at 49p a litre which is £1.79 a unit. It is more convenient than having gas bottles - as the bottle is probably going to run out if you are in the shower or cooking your lunch!

If you are on Electric though a bill we will charge you 0.14p per unit.

Unfortunately in these areas we do not allow you to use bottles in lieu of the piped bulk system!
