Your Questions Answered
Q. When can I arrive and depart?
A. Your accommodation will be available after 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
Q. Is car parking available?
A. Parking is available next to each unit except the Premier Chalets where cars can be parked nearby.
Q. Can we use the Leisure Amenities?
A. Passcards are issued for use of these facilities. There is an admission charge to use the Fun Pool.
Q. Can we hire cots & highchairs?
A. Cots (no more than one) and highchairs can be hired at £5.00 each per booking. Cots are not available for caravans.
Q. Do you supply bed linen?
A. Quilts and bed linen are supplied to the Sea View Chalets. For all other accommodation please supply your own bed linen. Heritage and Coastal range caravans are supplied with quilts, all other accommodation have blankets.
Q. What is not Provided?
A. Personal towels, tea towels and dishcloths are not provided to any accommodation.
Q. Is electric included in the price?
A. All the chalet accommodation have electric meters which operate by prepaid cards available from the Shop or Reception in £1 and £5 amounts.
Q. Is There Disabled Access?
A. None of our accommodation has been specifically adapted to cater for disabilities, but some chalets have been acceptable. Please contact Reception if you would like more details.
Q. Can we bring pets?
A. No more than 2 pets are allowed in selected caravans and chalets in each range subject to a surcharge of £5 per booking. Sorry - no cats are allowed
Q. Do we need Insurance?
A. We recommend you have insurance. Please see our booking page for full details of our latest service.
